BATUHAN ÇÖLOĞLU ELROND GAMES ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates mobile games, including but not limited to Shadow of Walls and Minik Tank (Tiny Tank) (each, a "Game", and collectively, the "Games"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use any of our Games.
By downloading or using any of our Games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
We do not require account registration or login to play our Games.
We do not store any personal data on our own servers.
1.2 Locally Stored Data
All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. This includes:
Game progress and level completion
In-game currency balances

Daily quest progress

How We Use Information
We use the limited information available to us to:
Display advertisements within our Games
Process in-app purchases
Improve the game experience
Diagnose crashes and technical issues

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Advertising
Our Games display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your advertising preferences. You can opt out of personalized advertising:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
If you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
In-App Purchases
Some of our Games offer optional in-app purchases, which may include:
Diamond (or similar in-game) currency packs
Premium or ad-free upgrades (where available)
The availability and type of in-app purchases vary by Game. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple or Google.
Children's Privacy
Our Games are not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through one of our Games, please contact us at the email address below, and we will take steps to remove such information.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
Data Security
We value your trust and strive to protect your information. Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, the risk of a data breach from our end is minimal. All game data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the Game.Data Retention and Deletion

To delete all locally stored game data, simply uninstall the relevant Game from your device.
