Welcome to Shadow of Walls, a mobile game developed and published by BATUHAN ÇÖLOĞLU ELROND GAMES ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Shadow of Walls (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP"), including but not limited to:
Virtual currency packs (Diamonds)
Premium upgrade (ad-free experience)
3.1 Payment
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.
3.2 No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of Apple or Google. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly.
3.3 Virtual Currency
Diamonds, Gold, and other in-game currencies are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currencies at any time.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Game
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, sounds, music, characters, game mechanics, and software, is owned by or licensed to BATUHAN ÇÖLOĞLU ELROND GAMES and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Game.
6. Advertisements
The Game displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
7. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. We are not liable if the Game is unavailable for any reason.
We may release updates that you will need to install to continue using the Game. Failure to install updates may result in inability to use the Game.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BATUHAN ÇÖLOĞLU ELROND GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
Your use or inability to use the Game
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of the Game
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Game
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BATUHAN ÇÖLOĞLU ELROND GAMES from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
